Business profit is fundamentally derived from the products and product-driven services, from customers’ recognition of value of our products and services, businesses can not exist without products and services. Customers are businesses’ most important asset and a business’s core value should reflect its customer’s value, which includes customer's economic value, functional value and psychological value.
