Job Description
  1. Assist supervisor in preparing operation plan, goal, policy, process and procedures in his/her respective region;
  2. Be in charge of the Department's daily management including directing, coaching, training and performance evaluation;
  3. Be in charge of sales activities and promotions, including planning, organizing, monitoring and feedbacks;
  4. Assist Sales Director in setting up sales objectives, sales strategies and tactics, sales budgets and incentive plans;
  5. Establish and manage sales teams, and accomplish the sales objectives;
  6. Offer the instructive suggestions to the products development team.
 
Requirements
  1. Associate degree or above with marketing and related majors;
  2. At least 5 years working experiences in sales;
  3. At least 3 years experience in market development and growing in Cosmetic Industry.

 

 

Product Manager

 
Job Description
  1. Collect industry related laws, regulations and market information;
  2. Formulate plan for new product lines and products, and make sound development plans;
  3. Plan, organize and execute market research;
  4. Control the production process and quality standard, to ensure the product quality to meet pre-set standards;
  5. Carry on the overall planning on product positioning, launching, packaging design and promotional activities.
 
Requirements

At least 3-year experience in cosmetic planning and developing, good writing skills

 
 

Manager, Customer Support

 
Job Description
  1. Be in charge of the Department's daily management, reporting to Director, operation;
  2. Prepare and finalize customer service system, each position job responsibilities, and standardize the process of customer service department;
  3. Handle customer orders, maintain the customer information, and track the delivery status;
  4. Prepare product shipment timely and accurately, and facilitate between administration, purchasing, and warehousing Department;
  5. Establish a complete customer file, monitor post-sale service, and update the customer information promptly;
  6. Handle consumer complaints properly, and solving problems from customers timely;
  7. Coordinate the shop operation of each region, assist in handling all types of internal and external complaints and emergencies;
  8. Monitor inventory status, and prevent from fraud behaviors.
 
Requirements
  1. At least 3-year working experience in consumer products, prior working experience in cosmetic industry is preferred;
  2. Good Appearance;
  3. Good communication and negotiation skills, strong logical thinking and implementation capability;
  4. Strong ability to work independently, and able to deal with emergency response capabilities.
 
 

Sales Representative

 
Job Description
  1. Achieve the sale goal and A/R according to the company's sales target;
  2. Deal with inquiries, negotiate and close deals;
  3. Developing new customers from universities, research institutions, large hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies, etc., and maintain good relationship with customers;
  4. Be familiar with company products, and new products, understand customer needs, and make effective communications with customers;
  5. Negotiate, sign and close sales contract with customers according to his/her authorized signing power;
  6. Collect first-hand sales information and customer feedbacks, elevate to top management for further decision-making.
 
Requirements
  1. Chemistry, Biology or related majors, one year relevant sales experience;
  2. Have some understanding of the chemical market, with strong market awareness and vision ability;
  3. With independent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking;
  4. Team player, planning, negotiation and communication skills;
  5. Proficient with office software.
 
 

Manager, Internal Auditing

 
Job Description
  1. Develop annual audit plan according to the company overall strategy and direction;
  2. Establish system, policy, process and procedures for the auditing department;
  3. Assess, manage, control and minimize system and operation risks;
  4. Perform internal auditing and issue auditing report to the Group and its subsidiaries periodically;
  5. Perform routine and special audits such as revenue and expenditure audits, project audits, executive audits etc for various departments;
  6. Identify potential problems and risks, implement preventive and corrective, and monitor their effectiveness of those measures.
 
Requirements
  1. Accounting or finance and economics major, bachelor degree or above;
  2. At least five-year prior experience in auditing, financial, operation management;
  3. Work independently, strong in analysis, judgment, organization, facilitation, communication and writing skills;
  4. Be familiar with import and export, cosmetics, and e-commerce, and their related regulation and laws;
  5. Good English skills and proficient with computer software.
